ABOUT TEAGAN
Human Connection
Has Always Been At
The Heart Of My Work
I created Intimacy Guide to help people feel more confident, connected and emotionally safe within themselves and their relationships.
Because intimacy isn’t just about physical affection.
It’s about feeling safe enough to be fully seen.

My Journey
I’ve spent most of my life studying human expression, confidence and connection.
Long before Intimacy Guide existed, I was immersed in performance, communication and emotional expression through acting, live performance and creative work.
At 20, I studied Acting, Comedy & Television in Los Angeles before completing a Diploma in Screen & Media and working across film, television and performace projects including:
• BBC’s Wanted Down Under
• San Andreas filmed in Brisbane
• Marvel Universe's Thor Ragnarok
• Live interactive performances
• Teaching youth drama and musical theatre
I was also honoured with a Best Actress award through the Toronto Couch Film Festival for the Feature Film Mosaic.
Alongside my creative career, I spent years immersed in personal development, transformational education and facilitation work. I’ve facilitated international relationship and self-awareness conversations through online communities, workshops and guided group spaces for two years. Supporting adults aged 35–80 from many different backgrounds and life experiences.
Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the deeper side of human connection. How confidence, communication, emotional safety and self-expression shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Through both personal and professional experience, including a 13-year long-term relationship, I became passionate about helping people feel more confident in themselves, their communication and their ability to connect authentically with others.
But beyond achievements, what fascinated me most was always people.
How people communicate.
How people hide.
How people protect themselves.
How deeply people crave genuine connection.
Over time, I realised the thing I cared most about wasn’t performance, it was helping people feel safe enough to express who they truly are.
That became the foundation of Intimacy Guide.
Why I do this Work
So many people move through life disconnected from themselves, their voice and the people around them.
Overthinking instead of expressing
Hiding emotions
to stay safe
Struggling to communicate needs
Guarded
in relationships
Feeling disconnected
& alone
Intimacy Guide exists to help people reconnect with themselves, communicate more openly and experience healthier connection with others.

It happens when people finally feel safe enough to be themselves.
